During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious and well-designed room which had luxury amenities. The hotel was also located in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and bars. the staff was friendly and spoke a decent amount of English, making it easy to communicate with them.
The staff seemed lazy and unprofessional and I noticed them smoking in the reception area, which gave a bad first impression. Although they were kind enough to make a take-away breakfast for us when we had an early flight, their overall service was not up to the expected standards.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch and hotel facilities were great. The location was convenient with easy transportation options. Breakfast had a good variety and staff were friendly and helpful.

the room had a stunning design with exquisite furnishings and a very comfortable bed. the private facilities were also impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a thoughtful Christmas present.
The staff at the reception smoked a lot, which gave us a bad first impression. Although they were kind, they looked unprofessional and did not seem very motivated.

Our group of friends had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from traditional gardens and local restaurants. the luxurious bed and exquisite room design made for a comfortable stay. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they even surprised us with a thoughtful Christmas present. the breakfast had a fantastic variety of Western cuisine and the facilities were top notch. We especially loved the relaxing landscape connecting the main areas of the hotel.
There were limited wine options available.

Our Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the festive atmosphere made us feel so welcomed. the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the hotel's location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars. We also loved the traditional decor of the hotel, it felt like we were transported to a different time.
